With 18 Vanier Cup wins, the Hardy Trophy winners have accounted for the second-most total Vanier Cup wins by a U Sports Conference. The Saskatchewan Huskies have won the most Hardy Cups with 21 victories to the institutions credit.

The Dunsmore Cup is awarded to the conference champion from the RSEQ. The newest of the U Sports Conference titles, the Dunsmore Cup was established in 1980 after being won by the Ottawa University Gee-Gees as the championship was competed for in a inter-province division at that time.
