Henry Cejudo vs Marlon Moraes Prediction & Betting Odds - UFC 238 Betting Preview
June 06, 2019
The UFC Flyweight champion Henry “The Messenger” Cejudo (14-2-0) goes up against Marlon “Magic” Moraes (22-5-1) for the vacant Bantamweight title at UFC 238 on Saturday night at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
For Cejudo, this UFC fight represents the opportunity for him to become only the fourth fighter in UFC history to hold two belts at the same time. Cejudo, is already the first fighter in history to hold an Olympic wrestling gold medal and a UFC title.
Two in-form fighters
The American native Cejudo is currently on a run of four straight wins, having won his last fight in January against ex-bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw. Dillashaw had dropped down to the Flyweight division in an attempt to take Cejudo’s belt, but Cejudo wasted little time in taking him out with a 32-second TKO victory.
Previous to that, Henry Cejudo won a Flyweight title rematch by split decision against the former longtime champion Demetrious Johnson at UFC 227 in August 2018.
Brazilian fighter Marlon Moraes is also on a four-fight winning streak at present, with his last win having come in February when he beat fellow Brazilian Raphael Assunção with a guillotine choke after 3:17 of Round 1.
