Means doesn’t have the best form of late, having lost two fights on contentious split decisions to Belal Muhammad and Sergio Moraes before bouncing back with an  impressive first round knockout in his last fight against Ricky Rainey.

Means comes from a boxing background (he’s won 68% of his fights by knockout), but he also has the athleticism to more than hold his own on the canvas. This will be the first career fight that Means has had in Kansas.

Recommended Odds

Niko Price has now won six of his last eight fights, but is coming into this off a September loss to Abdul Razak Alhassan. He has a background in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and he’s effective with his strikes standing up, in the clinch and on the ground.

Although not the most technical or disciplined of fighters, Price can cause damage when his strikes land and his all out aggressive style can sometimes overwhelm opponents. This will also be his first career fight in Kansas.

Tim Means vs Niko Price Betting Odds & Pick

In terms of our UFC predictions, Tim Means looks to have the slight technical edge here between two fighters with fairly similar styles.

Another factor in Means’ favour is that Price also remains largely unproven at UFC level. On that basis, Means to win is our main UFC betting tip in this bout at the currently available odds.

In the Fight Result betting odds, Means is -188 favourite with bet365, while the line on a Price win is set at +162 also with bet365.
